What-is-SRN?

KIN~UNKNOWN

The SRN, or Service Request Number, is a unique 8-digit alphanumeric code generated after submitting the IEPF-5 Web Form on the MCA website, along with physical documents sent to the company. After the company reviews the claim, it generates an e-verification report (EVR) approving or rejecting the claim, using the same SRN.
Uses of SRN:
Track claim status: Check if the claim is approved or rejected on the MCA portal.
Identify discrepancies: Find any discrepancies received in the registered email ID submitted with the IEPF-5 web form.
Interact with IEPFA: Communicate with the PRO of IEPFA and track securities transfer and dividend claim status.
Raise tickets: Use the SRN to raise tickets for any queries regarding claim status.
